I recommend this property to all my friends in Europe and US! Clean, private, spacious, comfortable, steps to the beach (one snorkeling and the other sand)! Viola even arranged for inexpensive car rental that picked me up at the airport!…and provided us with the fresh cut aloe leaf (from her garden) to heal my sunburn:):)
..And YES! …I will come back next year!

BEST SPOT ON THE ISLAND!

Location, location, location – best spot on the island! This was our 10th trip to Aruba with the past nine trips using accommodations in the low rise area. We always came to the Boca Catalina – Arashi area to snorkel, so this time we decided to cut the commute and stay as close to this popular snorkel beach as possible. We stayed in the studio for nine weeks and never tired of it. It was on the non-ocean view side of the house which made for a very secluded area. Quiet and breezy small terrace was our favorite morning coffee spot and our evening happy hour grilling locale. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to cook and relax. Nine weeks and we only rented a car for one day and only took a taxi twice (one time was to the airport the day we left). We were able to take the bus everywhere else. We had a refrigerator that did not cool, an air conditioner that leaked, and intermittent internet. Once reported, the problems were addressed and resolved promptly with no inconveniences to us. Viola and her family reside in the villa, so someone was always on site to answer questions and ensure a carefree vacation. Their staff members were friendly and attentive. This would be our first choice of accommodations for any future visits to Aruba. Final note to Viola – we took the bus to ZeeRover and loved it! Thanks for the recommendation. Warmly, Dan & Bev

Sun, sand, sensational

Adjectives cannot describe what we experienced Our unit was better than advertised, all the conveniences you could want for a fun, relaxing stay and then some. Everything you need for eating in and grilling but lots of great restaurants nearby. Minutes to “high rise and low rise” section for nightlife and entertainment but this place provides privacy and the beaches aren’t crowded like elsewhere. You are right across the street from great snorkeling and a short walk to Arashi beach, a long white sand beach. Snorkeling 5 stars, accommodations 5 stars, Viola”s helpful advice 5 stars. 2 weeks this year, 3 weeks next year.
