Location is in the middle of the finest beaches of Boca Catalina, house beach Boca Cave (the best snorkeling) and the Arashi Beach with crystal clear water and white sands. 1.5 miles to the high-rise hotel area with all the tourist attractions; 8 new tennis courts within 1 mile; 18-hole golf course next to the house, diving area with the Antilla Wreck close the house; windsurfing and kitesurfing spot within 1 mile. Casinos 1.5 mile.
Your private 2nd floor residence, just 14 stairs, (170 m2 = 1.550 sq.ft.) just for you, has a separate entry, big kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bath, huge terrace, fully furnished, air conditioning, flat TV in every room. A gorgeous patio that can be used for BBQ, dining and even showering offers a magnificent view over the hotel entertainment areas and beaches. We clean the whole resedence before you check in and after your checkout. All towels are included.

Fantastic Home!

April 12-19, 2014 family reunion spent at the Crystal Villa in Arashi, best location ever! Just returned back home from one of our best trips to Aruba yet.
I am hesitant to write a 5 star review because the more people that find this beauty of a house the harder it will be to reserve each year. The house had everything and more than what we all were expecting. Kitchen was well equipped and all of the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and well kept. We literally did not have to get in our car if we didn’t want to. Beaches are steps away with the best snorkeling just across the street.
Cannot even begin to describe the views from the terrace. Every evening we all enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and dinners on the terrace. Lots of space, with comfortable lounge chairs which made it nice for star gazing. Just breathtaking!
The owner Viola couldn’t have been more responsive. She makes sure you have anything needed. There were eight adults and before we left we reserved already for next year. Awesome house with great rates! Bonnie & Dan

A “Gem” of a Find!

Won’t find a better view then from the “Crystal Beach Villa”, you will be awestruck with the 180 degree view of the ocean from your massive terrace. Four large comfortable bedrooms. Not to mention the house is in the nicest area in Aruba.
There are beach chairs, floats, coolers, and even snorkeling gear available and if there is anything you don’t see, Viola the owner is more than accommodating. You will not find more gracious hosts then Viola and her family.
This “gem” of a villa is spacious, clean and well maintained. The location is perfect, and just seconds from the best snorkeling beach on the island and a few steps more to the most beautiful Arashi beach and without all the crowds like the resort beaches. I actually swam with sea turtles; don’t waste your time or money on a snorkeling excursion when you can just walk across the street to the best snorkeling sites. It’s awesome to have the access to the villa all day long and not have to load a car up every time you want to go the beach. For $2 a bus runs by the house every ½ hour and stops all along the resort area.
We have visited Aruba for many years and stayed in many of the hotels which have become excessively crowded and wait in lines just to get a cabana. We will never stay anywhere but the Crystal Beach Villa in the future. A gem for sure!
